Price Waicukauski Joven & Catlin employs a hardworking and knowledgeable team of paralegals and legal assistants to aid our team of attorneys. Their knowledge and expertise in handling complex legal matters provide invaluable support to our firm.

Valerie A. Bloom

Overview:

Valerie started her career in the legal field in 1997, when she began working for Ronald J. Waicukauski. First as a legal assistant, then as a paralegal soon after they joined the firm of Price Waicukauski Joven & Catlin, LLC in 2001. At the start of 2017, Valerie’s role again evolved and she became the Office Administrator. As the Office Administrator, she handles the financial aspects of the law firm, such as: client settlements, employee payroll, benefits, and management. Valerie also handles various IT functions for the office and continues to perform some paralegal duties as well.

Valerie’s behind the scenes work helps keep the cogs turning smoothly and provides invaluable assistance to all members of her team. She is a past member of the Indiana Paralegal Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association, Paralegal Executive Council. Her hobbies include freelance photography and spending time with family.

Karen L. Cavosie

Overview:

Karen has been a paralegal with our firm since October 2002 but has been in the legal field since the early 90’s. She focuses her work on federal and state civil litigation involving class action cases, complex business litigation, federal §1983 cases, and appellate cases. She provides key assistance to the firm and clients. Her hobbies include golf, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Nancy A. Webb

Overview:

Nancy has been a legal assistant and paralegal for over 25 years. She has worked in all areas of civil litigation in courts all over the State of Indiana.

She currently focuses her work on federal and state civil litigation involving class action cases, complex business litigation, federal §1983 cases, and appellate cases, and is passionate about assisting those who are seeking justice through our court system.

Nancy’s hobbies include reading, gardening, and spending time with her family.
