In 2015 Price Waicukauski Joven & Catlin LLC won two of the largest verdicts awarded by juries in the United States.

$31 Million Awarded to Family in Federal Civil Rights Case –  On October 6, 2015, a federal court jury in Hammond, Indiana, handed down verdicts totaling $31,350,000 against employees of the Indiana Department of Child Services and a State Police Detective for violating the civil rights of Roman and Lynnette Finnegan and their children.

$79 Million Verdict For Landowners Against Telecom Company – PWJC’s attorneys led a trial team that obtained a $79,014,140 verdict from a federal jury on February 6, 2015 in favor of a class of landowners and against a telecommunications company and its parent company that built its fiber-optic-cable network on landowners’ property. The companies used fiber on almost 800 miles of property for commercial telecommunications without obtaining legal authority from the landowners.
